75g of Premium Pork Spice Rub in a resealable pouch.
Chef Jeffery Young recommends this rub for your pulled pork roast, dry ribs, braising, BBQ, smoking or grilling. After rubbing entire surface of meat, let sit a couple of hours at least, or better yet, overnight in order to let the spices absorb.
Ingredients: Kosher salt, paprika, black peppercorns, onion powder, cayenne, brown sugar, chili flakes, ground cinnamon.
